Room was nice, beds comfortable, two windows open for fresh air, Keurig coffee in room, staff friendly, nice clean fluffy towels, clean well appointed room.
Use name and not addres on Google, otherwise you end up in middle of nowhere. Google takes you to rear of building on campus. Turn towards building at sign, go around circle, there you will see rear entrance (two pairs of doors). Go to rear parking area and enter through single pair of doors, rear side entry. Go in, turn right to end, turn left to lobby, desk to right. Otherwise knowing where you need to go find parking out front.
Everyone was very polite and accommadating. Hard to find with Google maps, sent us to a residential neighborhood and into the back of the campus to the student housing area, although we did know it was on campus somewhere. Beautiful trees block the name on the building from road and parking lot. But very convenient for us once we found it. We will use this hotel again.
DISAPPOINTED! Only true comments others posted is staff was friendly. Online pictures are old, room smelled musty and had to go buy room fresheners in order to get thru the night. Towels were worn and discolored. Door stuck and was extremely difficult to open and close, took full body force. Will not stay again.
Staff is friendly and helpful. However, no amenities, and it's a university with no signs directing you to the hotel. Probably the biggest annoyance is google and Waze not properly directing me how to get here.
The Delta affair held at the Henson Center on the campus of University of Maryland Eastern Shore was a well put together affair and I was glad to be in attendance!
