this has been going on for a while . I feel like I'm not aloud to bluntly tell the truth . wish he could be neighbors with the co manager I'm sure she would change her mind when she steps in pile and have cat under her home and damage her vinyl siding and car or truck ..
This place is a residential place and it's mostly drug addicts and alcohol that live there

if he has cats outside that is feeding he should pay an extra monthly fee . or something . we get charged a late fee for lot rent why not charge him a fee for breaking the lease agreement ? then maybe evict him or get social service out here to evaluate him maybe put in a home so people can watch him so he does not fall ...
They are nasty and vicious people! The manager is very rude and inconsiderate as well.

I believe as soon as he opens the door on his new fence the cats will be able to go back to life as usual meaning my yard and car will be destroyed.
Neighbors do not mind their own business..
I say Evict him ..it's a clear violation on the lease agreement why should anyone care about his feelings? he does not care about his neighbors having to cleanup after HIS cats and spend extra money to wash car .. he is a public nuisance
landlord is nice some neighbors are very nice and considerate .. The only problem is the homeless cats that my neighbor is determined to feed and make me clean up the dropping they leave in my yard it should be a crime. his excuse is "my wife told me to feed the cats" . I have cats sleeping on my car leaving dirty paw prints and fur that seems to be glued on my trunk it's hard to keep your clean for more than a day or two .
