Employees need training...How damn hard is it for your drive thru employees to get an order correct???!!! I guess BBQ sauce means Ranch now. Every damn time you guy's screw up my order some how! Figure it out already!! Still the worst location on the Eastern Shore!
I originally wrote a bad review on poor customer service about two months ago...... since then, I can say management stepped it up with making their employees respect customers more and now when my fav drink gets made, I always ask for Little B, his name is Byron( don’t know if that’s spelled right). He has always showed respect when I come in after tasting my drink and it’s not made with the extras I like and has no problem remaking my drink ( which is right to perfection) and he’s really polite about me asking him to stop what he is doing to make my drinks!!! If you want a coffee drink with extras, always ask for Little B, he’s my coffee expert and always brings fresh food for the wait!!! I’ll come here every day for my coffee!!!
They can't seem to get your order right. A few months ago they were doing great and now you have to check everything before you leave bc they constantly screw up your orders! It's ridiculous. However on the plus side their sweet BBQ bacon sandwich is very good. I've gotten a chicken mcnugget happy meal on more than one occasion and they forgot the nuggets... seriously!?
